As the Principal Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HRIS system.   1. Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in employee data management.
  2. Develop and implement HRIS strategies and processes in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS related issues and inquiries.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
  6. Analyze HRIS data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision making and drive HR initiatives.
  7. Develop and deliver training and user guides to educate employees on how to effectively use the HRIS system.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HRIS and make recommendations for system enhancements or changes.
  9. Act as the subject matter expert for HRIS related matters and provide guidance and support to HR and other business partners.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors to manage system upgrades and integrations.
  12. Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing and maintaining appropriate access controls and protocols.
  13. Assist with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics and analytics.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HRIS as needed.
  15. Serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments to address technical issues and ensure smooth functioning of the HRIS system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hris And Data Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data, Including Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, And Talent Management.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems Such As Workday, Ultipro, Or Sap, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Optimizing Systems.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data To Inform Business Decisions And Drive Process Improvements.
