Lead and enhance Matternet’s strategy to recruit diverse, high quality talent Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for non-technical, technical, and leadership roles. Build close partnerships with Hiring Champions to create hiring roadmaps and thoughtfully meet growth targets. Analyze the effectiveness of Matternet's recruiting program. Build processes to make recruiting more streamlined and efficient. Build and maintain relationships with top talent, source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles. Craft compelling job descriptions. Lead Matternet's recruiting team, adjusting its structure for optimal performance and adding talent as needs adjust. Be responsible for effective interviewer training across the organization.
