Build and maintain relationships with top talent, source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles. Craft compelling job descriptions. Lead Matternet's recruiting team, adjusting its structure for optimal performance and adding talent as needs adjust. Be responsible for effective interviewer training across the organization.
