Recruiting Coordinator

Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews (phone, Zoom, in person) from initial screening call to final team interview, and internal debrief meeting for the team to fairly review feedback. Track and manage candidate flow through our applicant tracking system, Workable. When appropriate, aid in sourcing candidates. Manage the Careers webpage, including posting new positions to the job board and other applicant tracking system-related administrative tasks Meet, greet, and provide tours for candidates during onsite interviews. Support the Recruiting team with other tasks that may arise.

Job Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a Recruiting or Project Coordinator, Event Planner, or Executive Admin/Assistant

Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them collaboratively

Proven experience providing outstanding customer service

Experience utilizing, administering an Applicant Tracking System (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc)

Demonstrable track record of driving process improvements
