  • Collaborate with leading universities and research institutions to develop and maintain partnerships for advancing animal health and product innovation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams on matters related to animal health and welfare.
  • Serve as a liaison between Mars Incorporated and the veterinary community, representing the company at conferences, seminars, and other events.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials and presentations to educate veterinarians and pet owners on Mars Incorporated's products and initiatives.
  • Review and provide input on product development plans to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices in animal health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing products.
  • Monitor and track industry regulations and compliance requirements related to animal health and ensure company compliance.
  • Conduct trainings and workshops for internal teams on topics related to animal health and veterinary medicine.
  • Represent Mars Incorporated as a thought leader in the pet care industry and contribute to the company's reputation as a global leader in animal health and well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine (Dvm) Degree From An Accredited University.

  • Valid License To Practice Veterinary Medicine In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Veterinarian, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Animal Health And Welfare, Including Experience With A Variety Of Species.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With University Faculty, Staff, And Students.
