The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about makeup products and trends, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to foster a creative and inspiring atmosphere in our stores.The Keyholder is an integral part of the store team, responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately and efficiently handling transactions, and overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of retail experience, and prior experience with cash handling. You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and superb customer service skills.If you are motivated, creative, and have a passion for makeup, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
9. Monitor sales performance and take corrective action when necessary.
10. Utilize appropriate resources to maximize efficiency and sales.
