Keyholder

We are looking for an experienced Keyholder to join our team at MAC Cosmetics! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store’s operations while providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for makeup, and a desire to help others. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, maintaining the store’s cleanliness, and assisting customers with product selection.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with 2 years of experience as a Keyholder. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, a flexible schedule, and a demonstrated ability to work independently. Responsibilities: *Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction *Maintain store cleanliness and organization *Assist customers with product selection *Maintain store operations *Conduct daily opening and closing procedures *Manage cash register and handle cash transactions *Monitor stock levels and re-order products when necessary *Train and mentor junior staff members *Ensure security and safety of the store and its customers *Follow all company policies and procedures
