How does Intel support diversity and inclusion?

Intel actively supports diversity and inclusion by investing in initiatives, policies and programs that promote diversity and inclusion in its workplace. The company has set up a range of initiatives to support underrepresented groups, including its Women in Technology (WIT) program, the Intel Native American Network, the African American Employee Network, the Latino Network and the Pride & Allies Network. Intel also has a Global Diversity & Inclusion Council that meets quarterly to review its progress in creating a more inclusive work environment. Additionally, Intel has launched a number of initiatives to support its employees, such as unconscious bias training and flexible work arrangements. Finally, Intel has invested millions of dollars in STEM education initiatives and has established partnerships with organizations that focus on increasing diversity and inclusion in the technology sector.
