  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed individual sales targets within the East Valley, AZ market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing Medicare members in the community through in-person meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  3. Educate Medicare beneficiaries on Humana's products and services, and assist them in making informed decisions about their healthcare options.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on Medicare plans, policies, and regulations, and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates in the market.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for Medicare members.
  6. Utilize various sales techniques, such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and referrals, to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  7. Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential members to understand their healthcare needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, including leads, conversions, and member information.
  9. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats to Humana's sales objectives.
  10. Represent Humana's brand and values with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Active State Insurance License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Active State Insurance License In Arizona To Sell Medicare Products On Behalf Of Humana.

  • Previous Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medicare Or Health Insurance Industry, Is Required For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medicare Products, Rules, And Regulations To Effectively Educate And Inform Potential Customers.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Field Agent, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Potential Customers And Close Sales.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Role Requires The Candidate To Work Independently And Manage Their Own Schedule To Meet Sales Targets, So Self-Motivation And Time Management Skills Are Essential.
