Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist who can provide technical assistance to our customers, troubleshoot problems, and maintain the overall health of our IT systems. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has great problem-solving skills, and possesses strong communication abilities.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment and a strong understanding of IT systems and networks. A degree in a related field and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be organized and able to work independently, and have the ability to think outside the box.We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain IT systems and networks, including installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware and software.
  3. Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal levels of service.
  4. Work with other technical staff to resolve customer issues and provide technical support.
  5. Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and networks.
  6. Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  7. Research new technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Monitor trends in IT and make recommendations for system improvements.
  9. Participate in projects to improve system performance and customer experience.
  10. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer relationships and provide customer service.
