Job Description

Work as part of the product team to create useful, well researched designs that are intuitive and easy to use for our customers. Research customer needs and understand moments of truth in the customer journey. Create experiences that rise to those moments of truth. Collaborate in multifunctional teams being an expert collaborator. Act as a team player who can work just as effectively with the Product team as with Merchants, Designers and the QA team. Articulate your thinking and research with clarity and concision while presenting your work to senior stakeholders. Advocate for great user experience and create a culture of user-centric thinking.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UX roles, this can include positions like UX Designer or Product Designer.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce and retail with knowledge how users move through the shopping flow from start to finish.

  • Has an awesome portfolio of shipped products, containing examples of highly usable and beautiful software that solves problems.
