The Staff Accountant, Inventory (Wholesale) is responsible for reconciliating the data between partner POs, sales orders and vendor POs, posting shipment JEs, reserving accruals monthly, verifying that there are no omissions in billing, and communicating with related parties to resolve issues. Understand, reconcile and post the shipment JE and reserve accrual for wholesale inventory. Responsible for follow-up of process change related to Partner PO structure and internal PO system structure. Run a daily report that confirms the partner information received through EDI and check that there is no difference. Check that the order received has been correctly converted to vendor PO. Run the shipping integration report to verify that the shipping information matches the information from the stock ledger. Check the ASN(Advanced Shipment Notice) in EDI and make sure there are no POs stuck in EDI.
