Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Flipkart. This position will be responsible for driving the development of new businesses and partnerships, and maintaining existing relationships. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of experience in a business development role. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Furthermore, you should be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business development goals.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners and clients.
  4. Negotiate and close business deals with customers.
  5. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  6. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the business.
  7. Develop promotional materials and other marketing activities to generate interest in the company’s products and services.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Prepare reports on the performance of business development initiatives.
  10. Keep up to date with changes in the industry and competitive landscape.
