  1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for low code and no code software development projects.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and validation of software products to ensure they meet high quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design appropriate testing plans.
  4. Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage.
  5. Utilize C and C++ programming languages to create automated test scripts and tools.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify and report defects and issues.
  7. Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported defects.
  8. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low code and no code development to improve testing processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on quality assurance processes and tools.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quality assurance activities and results.
  13. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential risks and issues in the software development process.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of software products.
  15. Keep accurate documentation of test results, defects, and other relevant information.

  • Extensive Experience With Low Code And No Code Development Platforms, Including Proficiency In Using Fico's Proprietary Platform.

  • Strong Knowledge Of C And C++ Programming Languages, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Utilizing These Languages In Software Development And Qa Processes.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies And Best Practices, With A Focus On Both Manual And Automated Testing.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Qa Engineers, Providing Guidance And Support In The Development And Execution Of Test Plans And Strategies.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, With A Strong Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues In Software Systems.
