  1. Conduct on-site inspections of disaster-affected areas to assess damage and collect relevant information.
  2. Document and report findings accurately and efficiently using designated software and tools.
  3. Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data for decision-making.
  4. Utilize knowledge of construction or engineering principles to evaluate structural damage and determine appropriate solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with impacted individuals and communities to gather necessary information and provide updates on recovery efforts.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies during inspections and data collection.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of inspection data and findings.
  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and external partners.
  9. Conduct follow-up inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and accuracy of repairs.
  10. Remain up-to-date on disaster response and recovery protocols and procedures.
  11. Respond to any emergency situations or requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on-site.
  14. Use critical thinking skills to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and procedures.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction Management Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Architecture, Or Construction Management.

  • Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Construction Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Contractors, Stakeholders, And Government Officials.

  • Familiarity With Fema Policies And Procedures, And Ability To Interpret And Apply Them In A Disaster Response Setting.
