Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service and a consistent brand experience.
- Coach and develop colleagues through regular feedback, performance conversations, and targeted learning to elevate skills and engagement.
- Drive daily store operations by coordinating opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention protocols with accuracy.
- Oversee visual merchandising and floor sets to reflect seasonal storytelling and brand standards across all selling zones.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receipt, replenishment, and cycle counting while minimizing stockouts and overstock.
- Manage employee schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and optimize labor costs without compromising service levels.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare actionable reports for leadership to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Collaborate with regional teams on promotions, events, and community partnerships to amplify store presence.
- Execute onboarding and ongoing training programs to accelerate new-hire productivity and adherence to brand values.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming work environment that aligns with company policies and ethics.
- Inspire a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all store operations.
