What kind of diversity and inclusion initiatives does Edelman have?

Edelman has a number of diversity and inclusion initiatives, including a global Diversity & Inclusion Council and a Global Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board. The firm has also established a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support and foster diverse perspectives and backgrounds. ERGs are organized around topics such as gender, race, LGBTQ, and veterans. In addition to developing ERGs, Edelman has implemented a number of policies and programs to promote diversity and inclusion. These include unconscious bias and diversity and inclusion training; a mentoring program; flexible work arrangements; unconscious bias education; and a global parental leave policy. Edelman has also established an Office of Inclusion & Diversity, which is responsible for creating a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
