Job Description

At Dropbox, we are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Tax Controversy and Risk Management to provide leadership to our Tax Controversy and Risk Management team. This role requires an individual who is a strategic problem-solver and a detail-oriented leader. Our ideal candidate will have the drive to create innovative solutions to complex problems and the expertise to lead the team with excellence.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting or a related field plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. In addition, experience in a global tax organization and knowledge of domestic and international tax laws and regulations are essential. They must also possess strong analytical skills and be able to develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with tax laws. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills.If you have the drive to lead a team and the expertise to develop and implement solutions to complex tax issues, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Tax Controversy and Risk Management team with excellence.
  2. Create innovative solutions to complex problems.
  3. Ensure compliance with tax laws.

  8. Stay up-to-date with domestic and international tax laws and regulations.
