Project Manager

Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects. Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with Qualfon’s PMO (Project Management Office) methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of assigned projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Responsible for implementations, projects and process improvements. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Keeps team informed of changes. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Identifies internal cross-functional resources and third parties/vendors, assigns individual responsibilities. Leads, directs and coordinates meetings internally and with the clients. Confronts issues openly and quickly. Tactfully communicates sensitive information.
