How is performance evaluated at CACI?

Performance at CACI is evaluated through a combination of formal and informal feedback, and both of these are taken into account when evaluating overall performance. Formal performance reviews are conducted every six months for employees, and are based on established performance criteria, such as competency, customer service, leadership potential, and performance objectives. Informal feedback is also collected throughout the year from supervisors, peers, and customers, and can be used to adjust performance expectations or goals.
