
Commission Operations Specialist
Responsible for running Commissions and Compensation Programs for the retail wireless business unit. Supports the retail wireless sales commission and compensation operations, and its validation through approval stages. Develops and maintains commissions/compensation operations measurement tools and key performance indicators. Monitors commissions/compensation operating performance, highlight trends and analyze drivers to help identify actions that improve sales operational performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all commissions/compensation payments are made accurately and timely. Conducts ad-hoc financial and operational analysis and other special projects as necessary.
3+ years of business commissions and compensation operations and financial analysis experience
Understanding of business financial and accounting concepts (Accruals, Reversal, GAAP principles, etc.) preferred.
Great work ethic and willingness to learn about new concepts and different cultures
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
