3. Monitor and record all necessary data throughout the brewing process, including temperature, gravity, pH levels, and ingredient inventory.
4. Collaborate with the brewing team to develop new and innovative beer recipes that align with BJ's brand and appeal to our guests.
5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency in taste, aroma, and appearance of all beers.
6. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of brewing equipment to ensure efficient operation.
7. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
8. Continuously monitor industry trends and stay updated on new brewing techniques and ingredients.
9. Participate in brewery tours and events to educate guests on the brewing process and BJ's beer offerings.
10. Support the Head Brewer in training and mentoring new brewing team members.
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and marketing, to create beer and food pairings and promote BJ's beer offerings.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing BJ's brand and values.
13. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding brewing and alcohol production.
14. Work closely with the Head Brewer to develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all beer produced.
15. Assist with inventory management and ordering of brewing supplies as needed.
