What is the vacation/leave policy at Avetta?

Avetta offers a competitive leave policy that includes vacation time, sick leave, personal days and holidays. Vacation time is based on the employee's length of service. Employees can accrue up to 15 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave each year, depending on the length of their employment. Personal days are accrued on a pro-rated basis, with a maximum of two days per year. Holidays are paid according to the company’s holiday schedule.
