They will have a comprehensive understanding of HR data, employee records, and payroll processes and be able to work independently and collaborate with a team. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. They will be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
