Events Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional event coordination and support for the University’s events.

10. Track and report event metrics.
11. Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
12. Coordinate event logistics including transportation, catering, and audio/visual needs.
13. Develop and manage event budgets.
14. Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
15. Assist in the promotion and marketing of events.
16. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and security regulations.
