Food Runner, Guest Services

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our guests have a great experience in our restaurant. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing exceptional service.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. You should also be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and take food and beverage orders.
2. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
3. Ensure that all orders match the guest requests and are of the highest quality.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.
6. Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective action when necessary.
7. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the best customer experience.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
