As a Caddie, you will be the face of Topgolf, providing guests with an incredible golf experience. You must be able to think on your feet and be well organized to ensure the best experience for our guests. To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and knowledge of golf. Responsibilites:

1. Greet customers and answer their questions about the golf experience in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
2. Provide guests with assistance and instruction on the rules and etiquette of golf.
3. Assist customers in navigating the golf course and explain the different game options.
4. Keep score and monitor game progress for guests.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
8. Demonstrate knowledge of golf equipment and golf courses.
9. Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure a successful shift.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
