What is the hiring process like at TODS?

The hiring process at TODS generally consists of an initial telephone or video interview to assess the applicant’s skills, experience, and suitability for the role. This is usually followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and possibly other members of the team. Assessment tests may also be administered to further assess the applicant’s skills and knowledge. Depending on the role, a background check may also be conducted. The hiring process may conclude with a job offer and successful completion of an onboarding process.
