  1. Provide exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients on 11 East Doan.
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
  7. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
  8. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  9. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  10. Serve as an advocate for patients, promoting their rights and needs.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Contribute to the advancement of healthcare through participation in research and quality improvement initiatives.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or other supervisory personnel.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited University.

  • Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Ohio.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Staff Nurse In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Highly Specialized Environment.
