
Manager, HR Shared Services

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the HR shared services department.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize shared services processes and procedures.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Monitor and maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet and exceed department goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continually enhance HR shared services offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR operations.
- Drive a positive and inclusive employee experience by promoting a culture of open communication, respect, and collaboration.
- Prepare and present reports on HR shared services performance and trends to senior leadership.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by employees regarding HR shared services.
- Manage the budget and resources for the HR shared services department.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for the HR shared services team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices And Compliance With Federal And State Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Experience In Project Management And Process Improvement, With A Focus On Enhancing Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Hr Services.
