- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary copays or payments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions, As Well As Communicate Effectively.
Previous Experience In A Medical Office Setting: Prior Experience In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred For This Role. This Includes Experience With Scheduling Appointments, Handling Patient Inquiries, And Maintaining Patient Records.
