- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the commercial retail division at PepsiCo.
- Identify training and development needs of employees at all levels within the retail business and create tailored programs to address those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs, including online and in-person training sessions.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to cutting-edge learning and development resources.
- Act as a subject matter expert on retail operations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Coach and mentor employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align learning and development initiatives to support and achieve those goals.
- Manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Serve as a role model for our company values and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the retail division.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Trainers And Facilitators.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Training Programs That Drive Business Results.
