Design and develop innovative radio hardware solutions for mobile networks.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest wireless communication technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Perform testing and validation of radio hardware to ensure functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to radio hardware.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, test results, and any modifications made.
Participate in product reviews and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components for radio hardware.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing radio hardware and make recommendations for enhancements.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in radio hardware technology.
Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices in radio hardware design and development.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality control and safety.
Attend conferences and networking events to stay connected with industry professionals and enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Python.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Testing, And Troubleshooting Radio Hardware Components.
Knowledge Of Wireless Communication Technologies, Such As 5G, Lte, And Wi-Fi.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Collaborative Environment.
