Senior Market Data Software Engineer

At NatWest Group, we are looking for a Senior Market Data Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our market data platforms. We are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.The successful candidate should have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in market data software engineering. In addition to strong programming skills, we require a deep understanding of data engineering, data science, and/or data analytics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data, and have experience using either Python or Java to develop software solutions.The Senior Market Data Software Engineer will be part of our innovative software engineering team and be expected to play a key role in developing and maintaining our market data platforms. They will also be responsible for understanding and optimizing our market data infrastructure.We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of our team.
