  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with various teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of various business units and provide actionable insights to help drive growth.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and streamline reporting processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and apply them to improve our processes and methodologies.
  8. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of new business initiatives.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth and present recommendations to senior management.
  11. Train and mentor junior members of the team in data analysis techniques and tools.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance procedures while handling sensitive financial data.
  13. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and findings with key stakeholders.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and represent the NatWest Group brand in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Intelligence Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi

  • Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry And Regulatory Requirements

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
