  1. Develop and lead research projects in the field of women's health, utilizing both traditional and cutting-edge techniques and technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
  3. Stay up-to-date with current scientific literature and trends in women's health research, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and advancement in the field.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert for women's health, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the research team.
  5. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external organizations and key opinion leaders to advance research and development in women's health.
  6. Author and contribute to publications and presentations for scientific conferences and journals.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all research activities.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of research.
  9. Act as a liaison between the research team and other departments within the company to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  10. Represent the company and its commitment to women's health at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Sr Translational Med Scientist (Women's Health) At Natera Should Have A Phd In Molecular Biology, Genetics, Or A Related Field, As Well As Extensive Experience In Translational Research.

  • Expertise In Women's Health: Natera Is A Leader In The Field Of Women's Health, So Candidates For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In This Area. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Translational Research Projects Focused On Women's Health, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Reproductive Genetics, Prenatal Testing, And Other Related Topics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Translational Research, With A Portfolio Of Publications, Patents, And/Or Successful Product Launches. This Includes Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Conducting Clinical Trials, And Collaborating With External Partners.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Sr Translational Med Scientist At Natera, One Of The Key Responsibilities Will Be To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Insights That Can Inform Product Development And Clinical Decision Making. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analysis, Biostatistics, And Bioinformatics, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: This Position Will Require Frequent Collaboration And Communication With Multiple Teams, Including Research And Development, Marketing, And Clinical Affairs. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As Strong Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Towards A Common Goal.
