Conduct research and development activities to drive the advancement of cutting-edge technologies in the field of translational medicine.
Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to develop and implement novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, methods, and tools to improve research and development processes.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Sr Translational Med Scientist At Natera Should Have A Phd Or Md In A Field Such As Genetics, Molecular Biology, Or Biochemistry. This Advanced Degree Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Science And Research Methodology.
Extensive Experience In Translational Research: Natera Is A Company Focused On Developing Innovative Genetic Testing And Diagnostic Solutions. A Sr Translational Med Scientist Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Successful Translational Research, Meaning They Can Bridge The Gap Between Basic Research And Clinical Applications.
Knowledge Of Molecular Diagnostics: Natera Specializes In Molecular Diagnostics, So A Sr Translational Med Scientist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Molecular Biology Techniques And Their Applications In Diagnostic Testing.
