  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Natera's data assets, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data and AI needs and initiatives
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI governance framework
  • Monitor and track data usage and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
