  1. Plan and coordinate various social events and activities for patients and their families.
  2. Collaborate with a team to develop event concepts, themes, and goals.
  3. Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure timely and successful execution.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to secure necessary resources and support for events.
  5. Manage event budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
  6. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
  7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  8. Work closely with healthcare staff to ensure events align with the organization's mission and values.
  9. Monitor and evaluate event success and make recommendations for future improvements.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events, including attendee lists, feedback, and financial information.
  11. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in event planning and incorporate them into event design and execution.
