Job Description

The Digital Solutions organization is focused on developing and commercializing software-based products for hospitals and clinicians. Drives the launch excellence process for Digital Solutions in designated region(s) Defines and executes clear governance in line with regional strategy. Works closely with regional leaders and technology partners to drive an integrated Digital enabled commercial approach for Ethicon. Drives organizational readiness and education to empower teams to execute with excellence per defined Go-to-Market Model. Supports market development activities to drive awareness and adoption of Digital Solutions in target markets. Provides and oversees partner level project planning and management, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of marketing and/or sales experience with experience in downstream marketing is required.

  • Upstream marketing experience is preferred

  • Medical device industry knowledge and background is required.

  • Knowledge of surgical procedures is preferred.
