Manager, RCC Workforce Planning

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and organized Manager to join the RCC Workforce Planning team at the InterContinental Hotels. This person will be responsible for developing and executing workforce plans that are tailored to the business needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, a track record of success in developing strategic workforce plans, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. 9. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure a successful workforce planning process.
10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce plans and make necessary adjustments.
