  1. Lead and manage the delivery of services for clients in Germany, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Germany, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all service delivery related issues and escalations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery processes and efficiency.
  5. Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery management, particularly in the German market.
  7. Train and mentor team members on service delivery processes and procedures.
  8. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  9. Act as a leader and role model, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.
  10. Travel to client sites in Germany as needed to oversee service delivery and build relationships.
  11. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  12. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and showcasing the company's capabilities to clients.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
