  1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing and validation of all software products to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  2. Develop and execute test plans and protocols to verify software functionality and performance.
  3. Identify and document any software defects and work with development team to resolve them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and provide input on design and functionality.
  5. Utilize various testing tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot software issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for software testing and validation.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  8. Provide regular status updates and communicate any concerns or issues to project and team leaders.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to define and implement software testing strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all testing activities and results.
  12. Adhere to company and industry regulations and standards for software development and testing.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing or in production.
  15. Train and mentor junior team members on software testing and validation processes and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Verification And Validation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Quality Assurance Processes.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.

  • Experience With Testing Tools And Methodologies, Such As Unit Testing, Regression Testing, And Automated Testing.
