  1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  3. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services and prices for events.
  4. Create detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines.
  5. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.
  6. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
  7. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a smooth running of events.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote events and increase attendance.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes.
  10. Handle and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during events.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  12. Manage event staff, including training and scheduling.
  13. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports for all events.
