- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold Hilton's standards.
- Assist in creating and executing marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and operating efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to encourage growth and development.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and communication between front and back of house operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to maintain competitiveness.
- Adhere to budget and financial goals set by the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, communicating any changes or updates effectively.
- Consistently strive to enhance the overall guest experience and uphold the Hilton brand standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or upper management.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations, Including Food And Beverage Preparation, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Diverse Team.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Financial Targets And Maintaining Budgetary Control.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, And Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.
