  • Plan and execute all meetings and events for HCA Healthcare, including but not limited to conferences, seminars, symposiums, and company-wide events.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure events align with company goals and values.
  • Research and negotiate with vendors, including hotels, caterers, and AV providers, to secure the best rates and services for events.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection and setup, transportation, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop event messaging and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements for events, including contracts, insurance, and permits.
  • Manage event registration and attendee communication, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and engaging event experiences.
  • Monitor event feedback and make recommendations for improvement for future events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning to enhance the overall attendee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Event Planning And Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
