What is the sick leave policy at Hallmark?

Hallmark's sick leave policy is based on the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave during any 12-month period for certain qualifying events, including serious health conditions, care for a family member with a serious health condition, and the birth or adoption of a child. Hallmark also offers paid time off for absences due to illness or injury.
