  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to General Motors.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  5. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and presence in the industry to attract top talent.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Train and mentor team members and hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador for General Motors and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information related to recruitment.
  14. Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Project Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Large-Scale Talent Acquisition Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Project Plans, Budgeting, And Tracking Metrics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
