As the Marketing Measurement Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our corporate brands are effectively reaching and engaging our target audience. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for data and an innovative mindset to help us measure and optimize our marketing strategies.   1. Develop and implement effective marketing measurement strategies for General Motors' corporate brands.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting methods to track progress and provide insights to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights from various sources, including market research, digital analytics, and social media analytics.
  5. Use data and insights to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing measurement and analytics.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  9. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform marketing strategy and evaluate effectiveness.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to drive business results.
  11. Provide guidance and support to marketing team members on measurement and analytics best practices.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
  13. Stay informed on corporate branding guidelines and ensure all marketing efforts align with brand standards.
  14. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data and make recommendations for resolution.
  15. Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing measurement processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Marketing Measurement.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Various Marketing Measurement Tools And Techniques, Such As Multi-Touch Attribution And Roi Analysis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Measurement Strategies And Driving Business Growth.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Data To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
