- Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target market.
- Assist in organizing and executing events and tradeshows to promote the company's brand and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for specific regions and target markets.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Techniques, Including Market Research, Branding, And Campaign Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Ideas.
