  10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their technical skills and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and compliance standards, while developing software solutions.
  13. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as product management and quality assurance, to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
  15. Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodology And Tools Such As Jira Or Scrum.

  • Knowledge Of Database Management And Sql.
